My Kitchen Sink Is Too Deep

Would a bottom sink rack help. Bakers also tend to favor them because they can easily house oversized baking sheets. Our new condo kitchen sink is 10 inches deep whereas our old house sink is 6 inches deep. The depth of kitchen sink bowls has gradually increased over the past decade or so.

I realize the new undermount deeper sink will come down to at least 20 or 21 on this yardstick. Its not that much deeper than the original sink.
