Additionally both rubin and dunblazier advise that while you should have a conversation with your roommate right when things begin to go awry you should never confront their significant other unless it s absolutely necessary.
My roommate never leaves the room.
That was my 1 problem.
If they hear you walking down the hallway they ll wait to leave their room.
Your roommate will either find some hobbies or she will keep being a recluse.
She s only got 2 classes and sits there watching youtube videos all day.
She ll make friends there and possibly start going to the clubs or hanging out and you can have more alone time.
My roommate almost never leaves the house.
She s part of one club but she often times doesn t go to meetings.
I ve got an almost non existent social life.
I didn t get involved on campus so i had nothing to do except lay around and eat chips.
I have never ever once seen my roommate leave the dorm.
Last year my freshman roommate never left either.
I used to be ok with it but now it s just getting annoying.
Leave the bae out of it as long as possible.

It should be noted though i now live.
Never does one single thing.
You always hear their door creeping open only after yours is shut.
I mean when can i have just a minute to myself.
I totally agree with the whole can t stand going in the room anymore remark.
As your roommate never leaves the room you may need to invite your friends to come over and then see how your roommate behaves with them.
I know this isn t an answer but i don t think there really is one.
My poor roommate never had the room to herself until second semester when i started getting more involved haha.

And spend the majority of my time at home in my living room on my computer either surfing the internet messing around with php or doing school work.
So i have a potluck roommate this year.
We get along fine but the only issue is that she never leaves the room other than to go to her classes.
They don t want to get stuck with you in the kitchen.
In the past decade i ve cycled through close to 30 roommates in four states and two countries so when it comes to roommates i know what i m talking about.
