The most likely cause of your problem is the master switch in the drivers door.
Passenger side door locks not working.
When a door ceases to lock and unlock at the press of a button it often means that the door s lock actuator has given up the ghost.
If the result of this does not yield any results continue to step 2.
This is a cheap and easy fix.
The only part that these two have in common is the master switch.
The windows and the locks are on two separate circuits.
Assuming it s the front passenger s side door we know that the smart entrance control unit and fuses are good because the rear locks work.
